All of life is a journey... Whether its the journey that I'm on with my wife, my girls, my fight to care for girls rescued from
slavery, my faith, or my fitness with Crossfit. Often times, especially in the West, we view life as linear trying to get from point A to B. But this life is cyclical and I believe is best enjoyed in the journey rather than being consumed with the destination.
